Our exclusive client is seeking a proactive and well-organised Sales Associate to join their expanding veterinary division. This is a brilliant chance to become part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, where you'll work closely with veterinary professionals, promote learning and development, and contribute to the continued success of a global brand. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll also collaborate with colleagues across an international network.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen professional relationships with both new and existing veterinary clients
- Ensure timely and accurate input of sales data into the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and sales enquiries to maximise conversion rates
- Strive to meet and exceed agreed sales goals and KPIs
- Provide first-class customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Keep customer databases and CRM records up to date and well-organised
Requirements:
- Background in sales, customer service, or the veterinary sector
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Passionate about promoting products and services within the veterinary field
- Eager to learn and equipped with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Additional languages are a bonus, but not essential
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and highly organised
- A positive team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Package:
- Base salary of €23,000 to €25,000 (dependent on experience)
- Attractive bonus and commission structure
- 25 days of holiday per year, plus public holidays
- Additional half-days off on the 24th and 31st of December
- 37.5-hour working week
- Office-based role in Porto with some flexibility for hybrid working
- This is an office-based role based in the Porto area, with occasional hybrid working available
