We’re looking for an ambitious territory Manager to drive business growth across Northern Germany, representing an innovative leader in veterinary medical sales. You'll take ownership of your territory, build long-lasting client relationships, and play a key role in helping veterinary professionals deliver better outcomes for their patients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build strong, consultative relationships with veterinary practices across Northern Germany
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
- Present tailored product solutions and demonstrate how they add real value to clients
- Work closely with the Sales Director to support strategic growth in your region
- Share market insights with the wider team to help drive product development and marketing strategy
- Support product launches and confidently discuss return on investment with clients
- Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
- Take full ownership of your sales targets and growth objectives within your territory
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven B2B or B2C sales experience from any industry (e.g. FMCG, tech, pharma, retail, etc.)
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach
- A genuine interest in veterinary/animal health and a desire to make a career in the sector
- Fluent German and English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High levels of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region
- Full driving licence
