Agricultural Sales Specialist (Livestock Solutions)

Are you passionate about the future of farming and how technology can drive real on-farm results?
We're working with an innovative business in the agricultural sector that's leading the way in farm technology solutions. They are now looking for an Agricultural Sales Specialist to join their team, covering the West Midlands and South-West region of Ireland.
This is a field based role where you'll build strong, long-term relationships with farmers, supporting them with smart, practical solutions that improve livestock management and farm performance. You'll be building on an existing customer base while developing new opportunities, taking a consultative approach to ensure each farmer gets the best from the products and technology on offer.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and developing relationships across your territory, working directly with farmers and agricultural businesses
- Taking a consultative approach to sales - understanding each customer's needs and helping them get the best use and value from their systems
- Growing the existing customer base and identifying new business opportunities
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to share knowledge and deliver excellent customer support
- Representing the company at shows and events
- Planning and managing your own diary with full autonomy over your area
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years' sales experience, ideally within the dairy or wider agricultural sector
- A genuine interest in agricultural technology and how it's shaping the future of farming
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Self motivated, organised and comfortable managing your own territory
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel across the region
What's On Offer?
In return, you'll receive a base salary of up to €40K DOE, along with uncapped commission, a company car and excellent opportunities for career progression with a growing business.
