Agricultural Sales Specialist
Field-Based - Cork, Ireland
We're working with a well-established, family-run agricultural business that's known for looking after its customers - and its people. They're now looking for a motivated Agricultural Sales Specialist to manage and grow their customer base across West Cork.
This role is all about building relationships, understanding farmers' needs and becoming the person they trust to get things sorted. You'll have full ownership of your territory, the backing of a respected brand and the freedom to run things your way.
The Role:
- Manage and grow your own territory, developing long-term relationships with local farmers
- Act as their first point of contact for your customers, providing advice and support
- Drive sales and meet targets through proactive, hands-on work
- Represent a trusted family brand known for quality and service
Requirements:
- 2-3 years proven sales experience
- A genuine interest in farming and the agricultural sector
- Confident communicator who can build trust easily
- Self-driven, organised and target-focused
- Full driving licence required
- Knowledge of nutrition or forage is a plus - training can be provided for the right person
What's On Offer?
- Base salary of up to €40K DOE
- Uncapped commission - rewarded for every sale
- OTE of approx €55K+ in year one, increasing annually
