We are delighted to be working with a leading animal health company seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join their team in West Ireland. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a diverse territory, representing a science-led and highly regarded product portfolio within the animal health sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a territory across West Ireland, driving sustainable sales growth and market penetration.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with veterinary practices and key industry stakeholders.
- Promoting a broad portfolio of animal health solutions, delivering value through product knowledge, insight, and commercial acumen.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets while championing the science, quality, and innovation behind the product range.
- Working closely with a small, supportive, high-performing team where your contribution is recognised and valued.
- Representing the company professionally at internal meetings, industry events, and customer engagements.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Strong organisation, time management, and territory planning capabilities.
- Proven experience within the animal health industry, whether from a sales, veterinary, or commercial background.
- A commercial, proactive mindset with the drive to grow turnover and expand market share.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for product knowledge and the science behind animal health innovation.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to working within a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Receive
- €50,000–€70,000 base salary
- Up to 20% OTE
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing after 5 years’ service)
