We are looking for someone who will:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers to promote our food safety products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively generate outbound leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve required sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal type of person for this role:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Experience in food safety or a similar industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse customer base.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in Finnish and English is essential. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
