We are delighted to be working with a leading animal health company seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join their team in West Ireland. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic territory covering both large and companion animal sectors, representing a unique portfolio of science-driven products.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a mixed-species territory across West Ireland, driving sales growth across both large animal and companion animal markets.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with vets and key industry stakeholders.
- Leveraging your understanding of the seasonality and importance of livestock health while bringing passion and insight into the small animal veterinary industry.
- Delivering commercial results while championing the science, quality, and value behind an exciting product range.
- Collaborating closely with a small, supportive, and high-performing team where your impact will be both visible and valued.
- Representing the brand at internal and external events, contributing to a strong and credible presence in the market.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage your diary effectively, demonstrating strong time and territory management.
- Proven experience in the animal health industry—whether in sales, veterinary, or commercial roles.
- Strong enthusiasm for both large animal and companion animal health.
- A proactive, hungry mindset with the drive to expand market share and grow turnover across your territory.
- A passion for product knowledge and the science behind animal health innovation.
- A team-focused attitude with the resilience and tenacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Receive
- €50,000-€70,000 Base Salary
- Up to 20% of salary OTE
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing each year after 5 years employment)
