Our exclusive clients are seeking a Veterinary Sales Manager to lead their UK-based sales team in growing their range of innovative products within the veterinary marketplace.
Based in the UK, responsibilities of the role will include:
- Leading & developing a team of Territory Managers throughout the UK
- Managing relationships within the veterinary corporate groups
- Support the global team with a strategy for growth within the UK markets
- Implement pricing strategies in the UK, establishing procedures and key performance indicators to guarantee increased profit margins.
- Develop and manage the annual budget while providing long-term sales revenue forecasts for the UK

What are the requirements?
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience within the UK veterinary sector
- Proven leadership skills either managing a sales team or coaching and developing a sales team
- Ability to travel Nationally regularly
- Proven success in managing and negotiating with corporate groups
