Ruminant Trade Territory Manager
Remote - Wales/Midlands
A fast-growing animal health business is expanding its footprint across Wales and the Midlands and is looking for a motivated Ruminant Territory Manager to help drive that growth. If you enjoy being out on the road, building strong relationships and shaping how a product range is taken to market, this could be the role for you.
The Role:
You'll take ownership of developing the agricultural trade and merchant channel, driving business development forward. This isn't a purely transactional sales role - it's about building relationships, trust and understanding the challenges customers face day to day.
You'll Be:
- Bringing new trade and merchant partners into the business
- Promoting the portfolio of ruminant animal health and nutritional supplement products
- Driving sales and supporting the ongoing development of the product range
- Working closely with key accounts - including dual calling
- Acting as the face of the brand across Wales/Midlands
Requirements:
You'll thrive here if you're commercially switched on, confident with people and genuinely interested in the agriculture/animal health industry. The ideal profile includes:
- A good understanding or background in agriculture
- A qualification in agriculture, animal science, or a related field (desirable)
- Proven experience in sales or business development within agriculture or the animal health sector (3 years+)
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed and a confident communicator
- A full UK driving licence
- The flexibility to stay away occasionally when required
