About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Territory Manager to grow sales of animal health, nutrition and associated Agri products through Merchant and Agri customers across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, progressive, and fast-growing company where your contribution truly matters.
Key Responsibilities
As a Territory Manager, you will:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with branch managers, regional managers, store teams, and buyer-level contacts.
- Drive sales in line with targets by promoting and selling a wide portfolio of Agri and animal health products.
- Implement promotional plans and pricing initiatives to support both sell-in and sell-through.
- Deliver engaging product training and support to store staff, empowering them to confidently recommend products to customers.
- Support in-store activity, including merchandising, POS set-ups, and seasonal campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, merchant events, and occasional weekend exhibitions.
- Travel within the territory, including required overnight stays.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced – You’ll have previous sales experience within the Merchant / Agri channel in Ireland, ideally with existing customer relationships.
- A natural relationship builder – Confident in opening doors, creating rapport, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Organised and proactive – Able to plan your territory effectively and deliver high-quality customer support.
- Commercially sharp – Strong negotiation skills and a passion for driving growth.
- Self-motivated – Thrives in both independent work and team environments.
