Equipment Sales Manager - Ireland/Northern Ireland
This exciting role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work within the Equipment pillar of a well established company that has dominant routes within the Irish and UK animal health marketplace. It will allow you to work with the Sales and internal teams in maintaining and generating sales of an extensive range of equipment products to veterinary customers. This role will support and further develop our expanding range of products, introduce new products to the marketplace, and deliver support activities to an expanding client list.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development within Animal health
- Experience of relationship building
- Knowledge of the veterinary industry, previous hands on experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and negotiation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Team player who is highly motivated and can act on their own initiative
- Clean driving license,
- To be located in Ireland, with a willingness to travel nationally
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with current accounts
- Identify new opportunities and put a business plan into action to execute the sales process
- Strong brand advocate, attending trade shows, conferences, seminars etc.
- Manage and grow the corporate key accounts and groups
- Strong Excel and Office skills
- Manage customer rebates and sales incentives
- Keep the CRM and sales pipelines updated
