Our clients, a well-renowned and growing veterinary business, are seeking an additional team member.
Working remotely and reporting to the head of the department the role responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming new customers, assessing their needs and offering solutions accordingly
- Up-selling and cross-selling the full range of products and services while building strong customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction rating
- Building relationships with veterinary practices and individual veterinary professionals
What's in it for you?
- Base salary of £24,000
- Uncapped commission opportunity
- 23 Days holiday per year ( Increasing by 1 day per year )

What are the requirements?
- Customer Service experience
- Telesales experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Veterinary industry knowledge is desirable
