Veterinary Sales Territory Manager
Location: Scotland & North East England
We are working exclusively with a leading global animal health company to recruit a Veterinary Sales Territory manager to join their UK team in Scotland & North East England. In this field-based role, you will take ownership of a high-value territory across Scotland & North East England developing and strengthening relationships with veterinary practices and key accounts to increase market coverage, product penetration, customer loyalty and profitability in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Account Management: Achieve annual sales targets by developing relationships with key decision makers.
- Strategy & Planning: Organise and manage your time to ensure target call rates are met and travel across the territory is efficient.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Record all interactions in the CRM, analyse data, and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
- Customer Education & Representation: Improve customers' technical knowledge on products and represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
Key Requirements:
We're looking for an adaptable, results-driven professional with:
- At least 2 years of experience in the veterinary sales market
- Key account management would be an added bonus
- A strong customer focus, effective communication and ability to adapt quickly to change.
- A flexible approach to travel within the territory & a valid full UK driving license.
This role require 4.5 days per week of travel across Scotland & North East England
Remuneration & Package:
- Up to £50,000, depending on experience
- Performance based annual bonus
- Company Car
- Company pension, with 8% employer contribution
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays and the option to buy/sell up to 5 days.
