Job Title: Virtual Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Are you currently working as a Veterinary Sales Representative, or do you have experience as a Virtual Account Manager within the veterinary sector? Then look no further. We are seeking a motivated and organised Virtual Sales Representative to work collaboratively with the field sales team to extend the reach, frequency, and value delivered to our customers. They will showcase the value of products to drive customer adoption of the brand, using timely account follow-up and appropriate tool selection to achieve sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a defined portfolio of veterinary accounts remotely, ensuring regular contact and follow-up.
- Promote the company’s veterinary pharmaceutical products in line with brand and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary professionals, including practice owners, vets, and support staff.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and new business prospects.
- Work in collaboration with the field sales team to ensure consistent messaging and coverage across the territory.
- Use digital tools and platforms to engage customers effectively and professionally.
- Provide timely, accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- NOAH qualification required
- At least 5 years’ sales experience, including a tele-sales component – preferably within the animal health sector
- A genuine passion for the animal health industry, customer service, sales, and working as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to analyse sales data, assess performance, and effectively prioritise strategy and targets
- Confident in delivering presentations and communicating across a range of digital and in-person platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results
- High level of personal accountability, initiative, and professional integrity
Package:
- Up to £55,000 base salary + bonus
