Are you currently working as a Sales Executive, or looking to transition from veterinary practice into a unique and exciting role representing a leading global veterinary business, while building, maintaining, and developing strong relationships with customers? Then look no further. Our exclusive clients are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Executive to support their veterinary division. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning and development, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives on building strong relationships with veterinary professionals. The candidate will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager and working alongside the international team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow positive working relationships with new and existing customers
- Accurately record sales in a timely manner using the CRM system
- Follow up on sales enquiries to convert leads into opportunities
- Work towards and achieve agreed sales targets
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and support.
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or from a veterinary background
- Target driven
- Strong customer focus with an excitement for promoting and selling products or services
- Willingness to learn, with excellent interpersonal skill
- An additional language would be desirable but not essential
- Good time-keeping with attention to detail
- A team player with a strong work ethic
Package:
- £30,000 base salary
- Bonus & commission
- 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays
- Additional leave on the afternoon of the 24th and 31st of December
- Weekly hours 37.5
This is an office-based role based in the Wiltshire area with occasional hybrid working available
