Are you an experienced warehouse manager or stock control specialist looking to take the next step in your career?
Our client, a hugely respected, long-established business within the agricultural sector is seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations - ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management
- Managing stock levels - re-ordering and optimising inventory processes
- Implementing and managing a new stock system - to improve tracking, reporting and overall inventory control
- Leading and supporting the warehouse team - fostering a high-performance culture
- Liaising with other teams - ensuring seamless collaboration across the business
- Providing outstanding customer service - acting as a professional and knowledgeable point of contact
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse operations or stock control management (or a similar field)
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and engage a team effectively
- Outgoing, driven and eager to bring new ideas to the table
- Good administrative, numerical and IT skills
- Agricultural background preferred, but not essential
To be considered for this role, you must be within a commutable distance of Dumfries or willing to relocate.
Package:
