We are currently recruiting for a leading pet treat company dedicated to producing nutritious and delicious products for pets.
As an NPD Specialist, you will lead the development of new and exciting pet treat products, from concept to launch, whilst ensuring existing products maintain the high quality already in place. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for pets and product development. You should be proactive, collaborative, and excited to bring new ideas to life.
What we need:
- A degree in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in product development within the food, pet, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality, formulation, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in the pet food/treat industry.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills.
- A genuine interest and understanding in pet health, nutrition, and well-being.
