QC Lab Technician
We have an exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Lab Technician to join a rapidly growing business that is a leading provider of livestock products.
The successful individual will be someone who has strong communication skills and is a flexible team player. This is the perfect opportunity to progress your career and gain valuable experience in a fast paced and rapidly growing team.
This is a part-time position and would require the professional to be on site in Grimsby from Wednesday-Friday (3 days a week).
Key Responsibilities
- Sampling of raw materials and finished products
- Physical testing of solid dose formats
- Chemical analysis of products and raw materials by ICP-OES & HPLC
- Writing and reviewing of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Investigation of out of specifications (OOS) and deviations
Key Requirements
- Strong GMP knowledge (crucial)
- ICP - OES or HPLC experience desirable
- A strong analytical mindset
- Clear communicator who can work well in a team environment
Remuneration
- Base salary up to £17,000 (DOE)
- 3 days a week on-site - Grimsby
