What You’ll Do:
- Lead Production: Drive smooth production schedules to ensure we’re meeting demand with quality at the forefront.
- Ensure Safety First: Champion top-tier safety standards and empower your team to do the same.
- Develop and Inspire: Manage, motivate, and build a team of 20+ across roles—set goals, foster a winning culture, and lead by example.
- Innovate and Improve: Bring your lean manufacturing know-how to refine processes and push continuous improvement.
- Drive Accountability: Take charge of KPIs, ERP systems and cost controls.
What You’ll Bring:
- Production management experience in food manufacturing.
- A track record of success with lean/continuous improvement tools.
- Skilled with ERP systems and data-driven planning for seamless production.
- Strong interpersonal skills to guide and support employee growth.
