Field Service Technician (Agriculture)
Field-Based: Covering County Cavan, County Meath and County Louth

Our exclusive client is a well-established name in on-farm automation, known for both innovative technology and a genuinely positive working culture. They are now looking to add an Field Service Technician to their growing field team.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll support farmers by installing, servicing and repairing modern agricultural equipment, including automated and robotic systems. When breakdowns happen, you'll be the person they rely on - supported by a strong technical team and a structured on-call rota. You'll plan and manage your own diary, work independently across your patch and build long-term relationships with customers who value reliable, straight-talking technical support.
What We're Looking For:
- Electrical or mechanical trade background
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Good communication skills and a customer-first approach
- A passion for agriculture
