We are currently seeking a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to provide cover at our client’s hospital facility in Cambridgeshire. This role is predominantly hospital-based.
Accommodation is not provided for day shifts, though it may be arranged for full blocks of night shifts upon request.
You will be welcomed and supported by a large, friendly, and dedicated team, including vets, nurses, physiotherapists, receptionists and administrative staff, all of whom take immense pride in caring for their patients, clients and their pets.

July 2025
- Saturday 19th – 7.30am to 7.30pm
August 2025
- Saturday 16th – 7.30am to 7.30pm
- Saturday 23rd – 7.30am – 5.30pm
- Sunday 24th – 7.30am – 5.30pm
September 2025
- Saturday 13th – 7.30am – 7.30pm
- Saturday 27th – 7.30am – 7.30pm
October 2025
- Night Shifts (5 consecutive):
- Monday 27th to Friday 31st – 7pm – 8am
November 2025
Twilight Shifts (5 consecutive):
- Monday 10th to Friday 14th – 4pm to 00:00
- Monday 24th to Friday 28th – 7pm – 8am
- Night Shifts (5 consecutive):
December 2025
- Twilight Shifts (5 consecutive):
- Monday 8th to Friday 12th – 4pm to 00:00
- Monday 22nd to Wednesday 24th – 4pm to 00:00
- Monday 29th to Thursday 1st Jan – 4pm to 00:00
