Seeking progressive farm work near the coast with a focus on work-life balance? A friendly, farm-only practice in Cornwall is looking for a Locum Farm Veterinary Surgeon from September onwards while actively recruiting for a permanent post.
This role offers a varied clinical caseload across dairy, beef, and sheep, supported by measures designed to protect your time and prevent burnout.
🏥 Practice Highlights:
- Caseload: Varied dairy, beef, and sheep clinical work.
- Support: Minimal TB testing thanks to Approved Tuberculin Tester (ATT) support.
- OOH Support: Dedicated out-of-hours vet team in place.
📅 Rota & Schedule:
- Start Date: September onwards.
- Rota Pattern: Manageable 1:5 rota.
- Flexibility: Flexible working arrangements will be considered.
👤 Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with active RCVS registration.
- Confident working with farm animals (dairy, beef, and sheep).
