Looking for a flexible locum opportunity with a supportive first-opinion team? We are working with a well-established small animal practice on the Essex/Suffolk border that is seeking a Locum Veterinary Surgeon for ad hoc cover throughout October and November. With flexible booking arrangements, accommodation support available, and no out-of-hours commitments, this is an ideal role for vets looking to supplement their diary with regular ongoing work.
The Role
- 🐾 October-November ad hoc cover available
- 📅 Approximately 2-3 days per week in October and 3 days per week in November
- ⏰ Weekday shifts: 8:30am-6:30pm
- 🌅 Saturday shifts: 8:30am-12:30pm
- ✅ Flexible ad hoc dates or blocks of dates considered
- 💷 £500 per day
- 🏡 Accommodation allowance available
- 🚫 No on-call or out-of-hours requirements
- 👥 No sole charge during weekday shifts
- 🔑 Sole charge required on Saturday mornings only
