JR is seeking a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join our client’s friendly and supportive team within the Small Animal Hospital on the University of Glasgow's Garscube Estate.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a first opinion practice within a vibrant veterinary teaching environment, with access to referral-level colleagues and facilities nearby.
This role is for approximately 3 months and offers an immediate start working ideally 35 hours a week, however our client is also open to job-sharing between two locums.
Opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 7pm
- Saturday mornings (rota TBD)
This team are preferably looking for a confident, reliable small animal locum vet with strong communication and clinical skills and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team with the ability to manage routine consults, vaccinations, and minor procedures confidently.
