Urgently Required 3 x Locum Senior Veterinary Inspector to work for APHA in the following locations;
1 x Bury St Edmunds
1x Launceston or Truro
1 x Wallingford or Itchen Abbas
The roles will commence 5th January 2026 – 31st March 2026.
The roles are full time, predominantly Monday– Friday, 7.5 hours per day between 06.00 – 22.00 but there will also potentially some weekends and out of hours to assist with outbreak work. Applicants will have to have Official Controls Qualification (Veterinary) – Essential Skills on application, OCQ(V)-TT and OCQ(V)-SS are desirable but not essential. Must have some large animal experience. Applicants must either live locally or be happy to arrange own accommodation as this will not be provided or subsidised. Drivers license and own transport essential.
