An opportunity has arisen for a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to support a busy, small animal practice.
This locum block requires cover across September and October, offering up to 5 days per week. The client is happy to consider clinicians who offer both consulting and operating experience, as well as those who prefer a consult-only workload.
📅 Rota & Hours:
- Dates: September & October cover.
- Working Pattern: Up to 5 days per week (Monday – Friday).
- Shift Times: 8:25am – 6:55pm.
🏥 Practice & Team Setup:
- Caseload: 100% Small Animal.
- Team Structure: Supported by 2–3 Vets, 2 RVNs, 2 VCAs, and 3 Receptionists.
👤 Candidate Requirements:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Ideally at least 2–3 years' qualified (not suitable for new graduates).
- Confident in routine small animal consulting (operating experience welcome but not mandatory).
