We are representing a charming independent practice near Walton-on-Thames. This is a unique opportunity for a confident, "all-rounder" Vet to make a real impact in a peaceful, community-focused setting. 🌿
The practice is entering an exciting new chapter. While the Principal Vet has retired, the clinic remains a staple of this leafy residential area with a very loyal local following. We are looking for a clinician with a welcoming personality to help restore this practice to its former glory! 📈
📅 The Working Pattern (Part-Time)
Enjoy a fantastic work-life balance with no OOH and no full weekends!
Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm.
Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm (on a flexible rota).
Start Date: Monday, 2nd March 🗓️
🩺 The Role & Requirements
As this is a sole charge position, we are looking for a vet who is fully competent in both consults and routine surgery. 🐕🦺
The Vibe: A quieter, steady-paced environment.
Ultrasound Skills: Proficiency in scanning is a distinct advantage! They have a great machine on-site. You don’t need to be an "expert" (as they use a mobile specialist for complex cases), but being able to handle pregnancy scans and minor internal checks is a huge plus. 🔍
The Goal: Support the efforts of the Thursday/Friday Vet in rebuilding client confidence and providing top-tier care.
