JR Veterinary is seeking an experienced Locum Veterinary Surgeon for a month-long placement in the West Midlands throughout February. This is a great opportunity for a confident communicator who thrives in a consulting-heavy environment.
- Duration: Full month of February.
- Schedule: 4 days per week.
- Hours: 08:30 – 18:30 (30-minute lunch).
- Rate: £500 per day.
- The Work: Predominantly consulting. You should be competent in emergency surgical procedures should the need arise, providing vital support to the resident team.
- Workflow: A structured day including a dedicated consultation block from 13:00 – 14:30. Any remaining time is used for reporting lab results and managing repeat prescriptions.
