The Role
Here at Easipetcare we are looking for a Practice Manager to join our team based our Derby and Kettering sites. The duties will include:
• Management of the practice and the development of the business
• Develop and implement processes that result in the practices hitting their budgetary targets in revenue, staff costs, overheads, and EBITDA.
• Promoting improvements and being an active member of the Principal Practice management team.
• To manage, lead and develop all functions to ensure a continuous high level of customer care across two sites with time dedicated to each site dependant on the needs of the practice.
The rota includes working 40 hours per week from Monday-Friday. The hours will be from 9:00am-5:30pm with no weekends or out-of-hours involved.
You would be expected to divide your time between our Derby practice and Kettering practice which would involve travelling between both sites. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, people focused candidate that will lead our wonderful teams in the delivery of exceptional veterinary care.
Salary
The salary for this role is up to £43,000 depending on experience.
About Us
Both our Derby and Kettering practice are well established clinics with a large client base. Our clinical teams are led by our highly experienced Senior Vets and Head Nurses. Our reception teams are led by our Client Care Managers.
At our Derby site, we have 3 Vets, 1 Head RVN, 2 RVNs and 3 ANAs, all supported by 6 superbly efficient receptionists. At our Kettering practice, our team is made up of 4 Vets, 1 Head RVN, 2 RVNs and 2 ANAs, all supported by 7 superbly efficient receptionists.
Our team are passionate about providing gold standard care to our clients and their pets. Overall, we have a strong ethos of teamwork and communication.
Applicant Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager who excels at delivering gold standard veterinary care. You will have good computer skills, good knowledge of P&L, excellent communication, teamwork, and empathy. Previous experience in the veterinary industry would be beneficial.
