JR Veterinary are really pleased to offer this incredible opportunity on behalf of our client, a 24 hour small animal hospital in Leicester. The role is ideally suited to someone within the Veterinary Industry, however all applicants are considered if they have suitable experience!
The position requires a confident leader who can work individually and think outside the box, and support the team whilst helping to develop the practice. You will be a natural problem solver, and be competent with managing rotas, hosting management meetings, monitoring absence and annual leave, and inducting and training new members of staff.
You will also be responsible for achieving clinic targets, dealing with non-clinical complaints and budgeting, and managing profitability of the practice.
You will be working with the Lead Vet and Branch Partner very closely, and communicating with a variety of people including clients.
Ideally you will have experience managing a team of more than 5 colleagues, and will hold a Degree or have 3 years management experience.
