A rare opportunity has arisen to join the management team as a Clinical Director near Edinburgh.
This is a full-time permanent role working a 4-day week for a happy work/life balance!
This is a 3-site practice with a 24-hour hospital, treating small animal patients from all across the city. The e-vet team provide out-of-hours cover to patients and those of the user practices.
You will co-manage a team of 65 members of staff (including 18 Vets) alongside another CD and practice manager and uphold the excellent standards of patient and client care.
Your role will include the following; Clinical duties, Management, coaching and support of colleagues, Business strategy, Financial planning and budgeting.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary of £60,000- £75,000pa
CPD allowance of £1750 per annum, with further qualifications supported
6 weeks paid holiday including bank holidays
RCVS Membership paid
VDS cover
CPD/training support
Company sick pay (2 weeks at full pay, 4 weeks at half pay)
