🧭 Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the practice
- Supporting team wellbeing, communication, and performance
- Managing rotas and resource planning
- Monitoring client satisfaction and acting on feedback
- Driving financial performance through operational and strategic input
- Ensuring full compliance with industry regulations
- Representing the clinic externally at local events or through promotional activity
🧠 What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar UK-based management role (preferably veterinary, dental or GP practice)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Confidence in managing rotas, budgets, and performance metrics
- A commercial mindset with strong attention to compliance and quality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and practice management systems
- A passion for team culture and exceptional client service
