My client is searching for a practice manager to join their supportive team.
They are hoping to recruit someone with leadership and motivational abilities; however they are keen to give an opportunity to a head/senior nurse or head receptionist who would like to progress in their career.
Duties will include recruitment, staff performance reviews, upkeep of practice policies, health and safety, monitoring staff pet discount policy, helping with customer feedback and complaints.
This position is full-time, working 40 hours per week on site, no weekends or OOHs.
