About The Role
Our client is looking for a Practice Manager to join and cover their North London region at their group of corporate practices.
Facilities
They are a small animal practice based in a fantastic location with a loyal client base. It is fully equipped with everything you would expect with a first-opinion branch practice.
Responsibilities
As the Practice Manager, you will take on a key leadership role in the practice, with responsibility for the day-to-day operations, team development, and overall management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of the practice. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients, clients, and team members while ensuring a happy work environment and a healthy work-life balance for all staff.
Rota
This role is full-time, and they can offer flexibility in terms of hours and shift patterns.
Ideal Candidate
They are looking for someone who has a good knowledge and understanding of practice environments, ideally gained in a veterinary, GP or dental practice setting. You will also understand the importance of regulation and of managing/monitoring effective processes for compliance, as well as driving strong commercial performance. In addition, you will have experience of managing and leading a team.
