We are welcoming applicants to join this team as Practice Manager!
Hours:
This is a full-time role over days with occasional weekend support required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning for both staff and clients
- You will manage scheduling, budgeting and the team on site
- Foster a positive, compassionate work environment, build client relationships and maintain high standards of care
Key breakdown:
- Manage staff schedules, training and performance through KPI's
- Handle client communications
- Budgeting and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
- Strong leadership/management and communication skills
- A big, warming, enthusiastic personality
- Motivation to make a difference
Package:
On offer is a salary in the region of £40,000 alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
