An extremely rare opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join an expanding veterinary group as a Regional Manager for three of their West London clinics. Salary up to £48,000 per annum depending on experience.
This is a great opportunity for an RVN with Head Nurse experience to take a step up into a bona fide management role. You will be responsible for the groups clinics in Richmond, Earls Court & Chiswick.
Hours - either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with 1 in 5 Saturdays at their South West London Hospital.
Your role will include facets of:-
Rota planning for vet teams
H&S
HR – supported by our HR Manager and external HR Partner Peninsula
Team building and team meetings
Team culture to be a part of the greater management structure
Reviewing team members
Diary control and accountability
Debt management per site
Payroll submission
Recruitment of support teams
Monitoring of service and KPI’s
Package -Healthcare package, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays & more.
The successful applicant must be resident within 45 minutes of West London.
