Jurassic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a practice in Roxburghshire for a Permanent Clinical Director, for 40 hours per week over 4 days.
The role will involve leading an experienced team and managing the senior leadership team to encourage clinical and commercial development, and you would be working with support from the primary care director.
The ideal candidate would have mixed practice experience with a bias towards small animals, strong leadership skills, and a passion for team empowerment through organisation, communication, and development.
This role includes clinical and non-clinical time, with an occasional out of hours commitment of 1 night and 1 weekend in 5 with time given in lieu.
