Are you an organised, experienced leader with a passion for veterinary care? We’re seeking a full-time Practice Manager for a bustling independent small animal practice in South West London. Step into a pivotal role where you’ll support a collaborative, compassionate team and ensure the smooth operation of this clinic. With a structured rotating schedule, one Monday off every two weeks, and a chance to be part of a supportive, dedicated environment, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
Role Highlights:
- Location: South West London (Accommodation available)
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 FTE (£30,000 – £35,000 with accommodation)
- Benefits: Accommodation, 20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata), CPD allowance, option for one Saturday per month (extra pay or time in lieu)
- Hours: Rotating two-week rota (45 hours in week one, 35 hours in week two), Monday-Friday
- Ideal Candidate: Veterinary practice management experience, UK RVN is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Team leadership and day-to-day support for clinical and admin staff
- Rota management, client account management, and customer service
- Stock control, health and safety, and staff education
- Social media content creation and posting
- Potential for on-call duties if accommodation is used
Perks of Accommodation: A private living space within the practice, fully furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, lounge, and bedroom. On-call responsibilities are light but require in-patient checks if necessary.
