We are looking for a practice/area Manager in West London to manage a number of practices.
Could be a great step up into management for the right candidate. The applicant will preferably have a Head Nurse/Senior Nurse or Head Receptionist background.
- They must have suitable experience within the industry.
- Hours are 40 per week with a 1 in 5 Saturday rota.
- Hours are flexible from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.
Knowledge, willingness and experience of :
- Rota planning for vet teams
- H&S
- HR – supported by our HR Manager and external HR Partner Peninsula
- Team building and team meetings
- Team culture to be a part of the greater DNA management structure
- Reviewing team members
- Payroll submission
- Recruitment of support teams
- Monitoring of service and KPI’s / NPS
The applicants must be commutable within 45 minutes of West London.
