A fantastic new opportunity has arisen with our client - an independent group of small animal practices. They are looking for an industry-experienced Manager, to work with their practices in West London. The business is ever growing, so the number of practices you will be looking after will continue to increase.
This is a great opportunity for a Head RVN, Senior Veterinary Nurse or Head/Senior Receptionist, with a step up into management as your next career move.
Experience within the Veterinary industry is essential, along with experience, knowledge or willingness in the following duties:
- Rota planning for vet teams
- H&S
- HR – supported by our HR Manager and external HR Partner
- Team building and team meetings
- Team culture to be a part of the greater DNA management structure
- Reviewing team members
- Diary control and accountability
- Debt management per site
- Payroll submission
- Recruitment of support teams
- Monitoring of service and KPI’s / NPS
Hours are 40 per week with a 1 in 5 Saturday rota at our main 24 hour hospital (the following Friday is given back in Lieu).
Hours are flexible from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.
Applicants should be commutable within 45 minutes of West London.
