JR is seeking a dynamic leader to join our client’s team as a Practice Manager. This key leadership role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, team development, and overall management of the practice. Located in the heart of a beautiful medieval city, next to an historic Cathedral this practice is just a 10-minute walk from the vibrant city centre, this location offers outstanding shopping, dining, and cultural experiences as well as the surrounding picturesque countryside. The practice has established a loyal client base over the past 20 years, hosting a busy caseload with high surgical demand and state-of-the-art facilities including Two stunning consult rooms, a theatre, Dental and digital x-ray, Ultrasound, K-laser and Pharmacy supported by the established Nursing and Reception team, you will be part of a dedicated group committed to exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver exceptional client care and monitor feedback to improve practice standards.
- Plan and distribute practice Rota’s.
- Promote the practice through local community events and other external avenues.
- Work closely and engage with the leadership team.
- Have knowledge and experience in practice environments, ideally in Veterinary, GP, or Dental settings.
- Understand and appreciate exceptional care and its impact on client experience.
- Has experience in driving commercial performance through financial management and marketing.
- Is skilled in resource planning and has strong coaching and influencing abilities.
- Is proficient with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Possesses good numeracy and analytical skills.
- Has experience managing and leading a team.

This is a Permanent, Part-Time role working 16 hours a week. However, our client can offer flexibility in terms of hours and shift patterns.
