We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Group and provide essential administrative and operational support across both clinical and non-clinical functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
As Group Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Practice Manager and wider team by ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across the practice.
You’ll be the central point of coordination for administrative tasks, helping to connect teams, maintain systems, and support high-quality service delivery across the business.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the practice
- Manage and triage incoming queries, ensuring timely responses
- Maintain shared inboxes, calendars and communication systems
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers
- Support compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Systems & Financial Administration
- Support key systems including PHP, Payroll systems, Dayforce and Merlin
- Assist with payroll administration and data accuracy
- Support cash handling, banking and reconciliation processes
- Maintain records for CPD, wellbeing budgets, training and compliance
- Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams
- Support reporting, data collection and operational insights
About You - We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities
- A great communicator and team player
- Comfortable working with systems and data
- Proactive, reliable and keen to improve how things are done
Previous administrative experience is essential; experience in a veterinary or healthcare environment would be an advantage but is not required.
This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week.
