Position:
- Working hours from Monday to Friday: 13:00 - 18:30
- Wednesdays: 14:30 - 18:30
- Saturday mornings: 8:30 - 12
You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated and skilled team that includes:
- 2.5 experienced veterinarians
- 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs)
- A Student Veterinary Nurse (SVN)
- A part-time receptionist
Ideal Candidate: Ideally you will have some experience in a Veterinary Practice. As a member of our reception team, you will play a pivotal role as the welcoming face of our practice. Your demeanor and communication skills are key. We value:

Your role will encompass essential tasks such as:
- Receiving incoming calls and emails
- Billing clients and processing payments
- Scheduling appointments
- Liaising with clients
