The London Cat Clinic is an independent, purpose-built, award-winning feline-only veterinary practice with an outstanding reputation for clinical excellence and great customer service. Our clinic has gone from strength to strength and we are looking for a very special person to join our client care team member.
The person we want needs to be a people person first and foremost, being unapologetically crazy about cats would also be a plus. You understand the responsibility you have as the first and often last contact with the clinic and the key to creating first and lasting impressions and our success. You are our front door, our telephone and our mailbox.
You will have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, can handle payment and financial issues, the ability to multi-task, a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. If you are social media savvy that would be a huge tick in the yes column. Having veterinary knowledge would put you ahead of competitors but is not essential if your skillset and you are unique. We will provide training for this, what is essential is that you are willing, happy, and dedicated and will go above and beyond for the care of our patients and their owners.
You will be joining a passionate and dedicated team, in which the client care team, the nurses and the vets completely rely on each other and all work together to deliver the very highest levels of care and service. The combined efforts of the team are infinitely more effective than that of each individual or role. We believe in the skill and value of our staff, we want you to do more, to develop and advance your skill set and play an active role in the running and management of the clinic and care of our patients.
You will be working a two-week rolling rota averaging 37 hours a week. This will include every second weekend followed by a three-day weekend. Bank holidays date will be shared.
