MJ Health is currently seeking a Permanent Veterinary Receptionist with ideally 1 year of experience in another veterinary practice for our well-established independent client based in Muswell Hill, North London.
Overview:
- Role Duties Include:
- Greeting clients, providing client information, booking appointments, taking card and cash payments, and handling general reception and administrative duties.
- Shift Times:
- Monday: 7:30 am – 1:30 pm
- Tuesday: 1:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- Wednesday: 7:30 am – 1:30 pm
- Thursday: 1:30 pm – 7:30 pm
- Friday: Alternates between early and late start
- Weekends: Up to 11 Saturdays per year, 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
- Out of Hours: None
- Team Size: 6 Vets, 5 RVNs, 3 VCAs, and an administration team
- Salary Offered: £13.50 per hour starting, with opportunities for overtime and coverage
- Software: TELEOS PMS and YEALINK telephone system
- Other Notes: 4 weeks of holiday per year with additional loyalty days after 2 years. CPD in pet nutrition, reception courses, and health & safety encouraged and funded.
