An exciting opportunity has become available to join a friendly, independent veterinary practice in Surrey as a Veterinary Receptionist. We are seeking someone with previous veterinary reception experience who can bring their knowledge, efficiency, and customer care skills to our dedicated team.
We are open to both full-time and part-time applications:
> Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
or
> Part-Time: Split shifts of either 9am – 1pm or 2pm – 6pm
- Weekend Rota: 1 in 7 Saturday mornings (9am – 1pm) with time off in lieu
- No on-call or out-of-hours responsibilities
Requirements:
- Must have experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist
- Confident communicating with clients both in person and over the phone
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy clinical environment
- A team player with a positive and professional approach
