Stow Veterinary Surgeons are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join their team. Beautiful local area and great rail links to London and Bristol.
You would work alongside a team of 8 vets, 6 nurses and 4 student nurses and would be dedicated in ensuring that we continue to deliver excellent customer service and client care.
This placement will lead to a fully funded placement as a veterinary nurse student with the University of Warwickshire.
Please note, this is primarily a nursing assistant role that will go onto a student nursing course. No RCVS Registration is required.
In order to be considered for the nursing course, Grade C or above (or equivalent) are required in Maths, English & Science, or you will need to study for these alongside your work.
You will be working 40 hours per week which will include some weekend and out of hours work. This is a dynamic role that would comprise of nursing assistant duties and reception tasks.
The salary for this position will be in line with National Minimum Wage +3% cost of living increase.
