🏥 The Practice & Team Structure:
- Diverse Team: A collaborative, 60-strong regional team, including 14 Vets, 14 RVNs, 3 GPDF-trained Clinical Lead Vets, and 3 Clinical Coach RVNs.
- Unrivalled Nursing Support: You will have direct clinical backing from four senior nurses, three Clinical Nurse Managers, and a dedicated RVN Business Partner.
- Specialist Interests: Work alongside talented RVNs with advanced training in acupuncture, pain management, behaviour, and Schedule 3 surgical procedures.
- Modern Equipment: Fully equipped with top-tier clinical tools, including multiparameter monitors, fluid pumps, blood pressure monitors, and advanced ultrasound.
📅 Rota & Hours:
- Flexibility: Outstanding flexible hours are available, with both full-time and part-time opportunities actively considered to suit your individual needs.
- Weekends: An easy-to-manage 1 in 4 Saturday rota.
- Work-Life Balance: Absolutely no OOH duties.
💰 The Package & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, pro-rata/FTE (commensurate with experience).
