An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a dynamic team across three practices in Ayrshire.
Applications are welcomed from both experienced RVNs seeking a new challenge and newly qualified nurses looking for their first role.
The practices are led by four partners (two vets, an RVN, and a practice manager) within a 60-strong team committed to clinical excellence and client care. The clinical team includes 14 Vets, 14 RVNs, 3 GPD-trained Clinical Lead Vets, and 3 Clinical Coach RVNs. Support across all three practices includes four senior nurses, three clinical nurse managers, and an RVN business partner.
Nurses are empowered to run consults, monitor anaesthetics, and provide in-patient care. Current team members hold specialist training in acupuncture, pain management, behaviour, and Schedule 3 surgical procedures. Facilities are equipped with modern tools including multiparameter monitors, fluid pumps, BP monitors, and ultrasound.
📋 Position Details:
- Hours: Flexible full-time hours available (minimum 3 days per week)
- Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays
- Out of Hours: No OOH
💰 Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)
