This forward-thinking Ayrshire group is looking for a passionate RVN to join their talented team, working across three well-equipped practices in Irvine, Ayr and Kilmarnock. Rather than being stuck in the same four walls, you’ll get to work with different teams, learn from a variety of cases, and keep your days varied and engaging. With strong support in place and clear communication between branches, travel isn’t a hassle — it’s part of what makes the role so dynamic.

The team & culture:
Across three practices, there are 14 vets, 14 RVNs, 3 clinical leads and 3 clinical coach nurses — all led by four passionate partners, including an RVN. Every voice is heard, and there’s a real focus on communication, support and good humour. Rotas are tailored to individual needs, because work-life balance actually means something here.

The package:
- Salary up to £32,000 DOE
- Flexible hours (full or part time)
- 1:4 Saturday rota, no OOH
